Herts Urgent Care is a Community Benefit Society which was set up to provide Urgent Care services, including GP out-of-hours cover, to the population of Hertfordshire. As a Social Enterprise we have no shareholders and operates strictly on a not-for-dividend basis where any surpluses are re-invested in the service.
